叠合板增强型拼缝传力性能的试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF LOAD TRANSFER BEHAVIOR OF REINFORCED JOINTS BETWEEN SUPERPOSED SLABS

摘要: 提出一种预制叠合板增强型拼缝连接方式,通过对1块不带拼缝和5块不同配置方式的叠合板试件的静载试验,观察叠合板试件从裂缝开始出现到破坏状态的全过程,并对试件在各级荷载下挠度、抗弯承载力变化及塑性铰开展情况进行分析。结果表明:采用增强型拼缝连接,叠合板刚度得到提高,挠度均有所减小;承载能力得到不同程度的提高(13.3%~25.2%);裂缝不再最先出现在拼缝处,达到破坏标志(裂缝达到1.5 mm)时,板最大裂缝处未出现塑性铰;采用增强型拼缝可以实现预制叠合板的双向受力。在此基础上提出了双向叠合式楼板应用的建议。Abstract: The paper explored the transmission properties of a new load transfer joint between superposed slabs,static tests of 6 superposed slab specimens with different joint configurations were performed. The whole process from the appearance of cracks to breakage of the slabs was observed,the deflection, shear capacity and plastic hinge were analyzed. The test results showed that the joints performed well which could improve the slabsstiffness and reduce their deflections. The bearing capacity was increased by 13. 3% to 25. 2%; cracks no longer appeared first in the joint. When the maximum cracking width was developed up to 1. 5 mm, there was not plastic hinge. Some proposals for superposed slabsdesign were also put forward.
