Abstract: Unlike the slow and inefficient passenger transportation of traditional railway service，high-speed railway service is featured by its convenience，time-saving，comfort and heavy capacity． Taking the building of Taiyuan High- Speed Passenger Station for example，through a work of proper layout and architectural design，a great achievement of architectural culture and advanced technologies like the novel roof system，panel wall system and the energy-efficient layout，has been precisely tailored for the high-speed railway system，which can attract more and more passengers to enjoy the safe，efficient and comfort service of passenger transportation．
