双向张弦梁整体结构优化方法

摘要: 在索网形状优化、找形和初始预应力确定的基础上,建立以结构质量最轻为目标函数,下弦索截面、上弦梁截面和撑杆等次要构件截面分级优化的双向张弦梁结构优化设计模型,该模型考虑结构应力约束、局部稳定约束和位移约束条件,并通过ANSYS优化模块和APDL语言编制相应程序,提出双向张弦梁结构优化设计的两步三级算法。算例表明,所提出的优化设计方法不仅可以满足工程设计需要,而且可以较快地收敛到满意的优化结果,可方便地用于工程的初步设计。Abstract: On the basis of cable net optimization,shape-finding and initial prestress determination,by taking the lowest structure weight as objective function, an optical model of two-way bean string was established,which includes three levels cross-section optimization of cable ,top chord and secondary member such as strut. Stress constraint, local stability constraint and displacement constraint were all considered on this optimization model. Then a two-step and three-level optimization design method of the beam string was raised by the APDL program on ANSYS optimization module. The example shows that the result of this optimization method can be converged fastly,which can be used for initial design of practical projects.
