超厚大倾角剪力墙斜向爬模技术的研究

摘要: 以贵阳花果园艺术中心项目为例,介绍斜向爬模技术在该工程厚1 m倾斜67.43超厚大倾角剪力墙中的成功应用。阐述此技术的工艺原理和施工工艺过程,理论分析埋件系统的抗剪和抗拉承载力,并通过试验分析埋件系统中受力螺栓与爬锥的抗滑移、高强螺杆与爬锥和埋件板的抗滑移性能。经试验知,在埋件系统中,埋件板最先受剪破坏,在此爬模系统中适当加厚埋件板对工程的安全性是有益的,可为类似工程提供参考。Abstract: Taking Guiyang Huaguoyuan Art Center Project for example,it was introduced successful application of slant climbing formwork technology for 1 m thick tilt 67. 43 super thick-big tilt angle shear wall. It was also expounded the process principle of the technique and construction process,it was analyzed the shear and pull resistance of the embedded system and through experiment,the antislip of the force bolt and climbed cone and that of the high strength screw rod,climbed cone and buried pieces board were also analyzed. It was known through experiment that in embedded system,shear failure occurred first in the embedded parts. Hence it was useful for the safety of the project by properly thickening the embedded parts in this climbing formwork system,which provided a reference for similar projects.
