玻璃纤维增强复合材料泡沫夹芯管制作工艺研究

摘要: 针对目前复合材料泡沫夹芯管制作工艺中存在的不足,提出一种新的复合材料泡沫夹芯管制作工艺泡沫芯层预制、内外蒙皮缠绕共固化成型工艺。制作了若干试件,对芯层界面处理、缠绕张力等对夹芯管轴压破坏形式及极限承载力的影响进行试验研究,并针对这些影响提出相应的改进措施,使得复合材料泡沫夹芯管的内外管与泡沫芯层协同工作,能更好地发挥材料与结构的优越性能。Abstract: In terms of the shortcomings of present manufacturing process,a new preparation technology for composites foam sandwich tube has been established. Whose specimens were made and the effects of cores surface treatment and interwining force on the failure mode and ultimate resistant capacity were studied. According to the effects,some corresponding improment measures were put forward which would ensure that the inner and outer tubes of the composite sandwich tubes could give full play to their superior properties when they work together.
