Abstract: This article puts forward the concept of the integrated conservation from the cultural attribute of industrial heritage，according to the current situation of neglecting and disregarding the wholeness in industrial heritage protecting and reusing． By taking the industry heritage conservation of Wuhan for example，it will be built up an integral conservation framework of Wuhan industrial heritage through cultural integration from the view of urban development and spatial integration from the view of cultural type．
