Abstract: An establishment of a construction proposal P approach is formed through interactive restraint of internal functions and external environment of the construction. The formation of a construction scheme is based on a procedure of logicality, rationality and consistent thinking. According to the extension scheme ( phase-Ⅱ) of Donghang Jinjiang Hotel, it is introduced how to establish a scheme through specific, fundamental environment as well as the funtions of a construction.
